Fournée Bakery was created in 2013 by Bay Area baker and pastry chef Frank Sally.

Our mission is to make the best possible product consistently using the best possible ingredients sourced from local farms and purveyors. We are practicing a craft that has been passed on from one generation to the next, from one baker to another. We take seriously our role as a link in this long chain; preserving the past, and enriching the future. Thanks for your support.
